Winds Of Plague Begin Writing New Music With Original Guitarist Nick Eash | Core Community
Winds Of Plague are officially back in the writing room. The California-based symphonic deathcore band has begun working on new material with original guitarist Nick Eash, marking his first involvement in the band’s songwriting process in 14 years.

The band recently shared a post showing Eash working on a new song, confirming that the reunion is about more than just revisiting their live legacy. In a statement to Lambgoat, Winds Of Plague revealed that the new material is being written by members of the original lineup behind their acclaimed 2008 album Decimate The Weak.

While there is currently no confirmed release date or official album announcement, the band says they are feeling inspired to create new music. “Not sure when or how it will come out but something is coming,” the band stated.

Winds Of Plague last released their studio album Blood Of My Enemy in 2017. With the original lineup now back in the creative process, fans have plenty of reasons to be excited about what could come next.
For now, the band is keeping expectations open-ended, but new Winds Of Plague music may finally be on the horizon.
