Enter Shikari to go on indefinite hiatus at the end of 2027 | Core Community

Enter Shikari have announced that they will be going on an indefinite hiatus at the end of 2027.

In a letter to their fans, the band confirmed that “as of December 31st 2027, Enter Shikari will fall dormant as a recording and performing entity.”

The band stressed that this is not being announced as a definitive breakup. They describe it as a period of “dormancy” and admit they currently don’t know whether it will eventually lead to a return or a permanent end.

Before then, Enter Shikari plan to remain active throughout 2027, including celebrations for the anniversaries of Take to the Skies, A Flash Flood of Colour and The Spark, alongside new music and live shows.

For now, Enter Shikari aren’t going anywhere, but the clock is officially ticking towards the end of 2027.
